Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Staff Software Engineer. The Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. Day-to-day tasks include writing code, debugging, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Qualifications

• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle

• Review and debug code with an emphasis on critical thinking

• Proficiency in Programming in Python, Go and/or other mainstream languages

• Experience with database schema and schema-less design with a good foundation in SQL

• Experience with performance engineering, security, and scalability of enterprise software applications

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)

• Experience with deployment of system with knowledge of DevOps concepts such as containerization and GitOps

• Preferable experience with healthcare imaging and data systems

• Preferable experience with LLMs, NLP and Machine Learning/AI methodologies

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry will be a plus
